Who we are

LEINAILS (Leinad Nails) is a nail studio at Inside k beauty, Suite B 1818 S Park St, Madison, WI 53713. For any question about this policy you can email Leinadparedesr@gmail.com or call (608) 219-0007.

What information we collect

This website does not ask for any information and has no forms. We only learn about you if you decide to get in touch:

  • If you message us on WhatsApp, we see your phone number, your profile name and whatever you tell us in the conversation.
  • If you call or email us, the same applies to the channel you use.
  • If you book an appointment, Booksy collects your details on its own platform, under its own terms.

How we use it

Only to look after you: answering your questions, managing your appointment and letting you know if anything changes. We don’t send marketing to anyone who hasn’t asked for it, and we never sell or share your information.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies, no analytics tools and stores nothing in your browser. There are no social media tracking pixels either. Fonts are served from this same domain, so your browser does not contact any font provider.

Third-party services

The Visit us page includes an embedded Google map. When it loads, your browser connects to Google, which may collect data under its own policies. It is the only external content loaded inside the site.

Links to Booksy, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok take you off this website. What happens there is governed by each platform’s policies, not by this one.

How long we keep your information

Conversations and appointment details are kept for as long as they are useful to look after you and to keep the studio’s records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email Leinadparedesr@gmail.com and we’ll get back to you.

Minors

Services for minors are provided with a parent or guardian present, who is the one who provides the contact details.

Changes to this policy

If the way we work changes, we will update this text and the date shown above.
