Terms of service
This text is provisional. It is published so these links have somewhere to go while the final document is prepared, and will be replaced with the reviewed version before launch. Until then, read it as a general description of how we work, not as a finished legal document.

About this website
This website presents the services of LEINAILS (Leinad Nails), a nail studio at Inside k beauty, Suite B 1818 S Park St, Madison, WI 53713. It is for information only: nothing is charged and no booking is completed here.
Bookings
Appointments are managed through Booksy, an external platform with its own terms. You can also message us on WhatsApp or call (608) 219-0007 to check availability.
Cancellations and late arrivals
Please let us know in advance if you can’t make it, so the time can be offered to someone else. Arriving very late may mean shortening the service or moving it to another day, because each appointment has its own time set aside.
The exact notice period and any deposit terms will be set out in the final version of this document.
Prices
Prices shown on the website are for reference and cover the base service. The final price may vary with the length, the structure your nail needs and the design you choose; length and design surcharges are listed on the Services page. Any change is discussed with you before we start.
Results and aftercare
We work with the health of your natural nail first. How long a set lasts depends on each person, their daily routine and their care at home, so an exact time can’t be guaranteed. If something didn’t turn out the way you expected, message us as soon as possible and we’ll take a look.
If you have any nail or skin condition, any allergy, or are under medical treatment, let us know before your appointment so we can adapt the service or suggest you check with a health professional first.
